A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:30 on November 17, 2019, the Defendant, on the ground that the victim B (n, 49 years of age, Chinese nationality) resides in Jinju City, where the victim B (n, 49 years of age, and Chinese nationality) had drinking with the victim and had a dispute with her drinking, brought about the victim's face several times by drinking so that the victim's face may be at hand and at least 20cm back, which is a dangerous thing in phishing, and then at least 29cm in diameter, the Defendant brought the victim's head several times with the iron chropan (17cm in total length, about 29cm in diameter, about 17cm in length), and threatened the victim with the dangerous thing (i.e., about 34cm in length, about 34cm in length, and about 29cm in length).

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying dangerous objects, threatened the victim and injured the victim.
