1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties A is the spouse of the deceased J (K, female, hereinafter “Matern”) and the Plaintiff B is the mother’s child, and the Defendants are the Maternians and the Maternists.
B. On February 4, 2014, on which 41 weeks of pregnancy was 10:0, the mother was hospitalized in the Linsane for delivery. 2) On the same day, around 16:45, the G explained to the effect that, at around 16:45 on the same day, the Minsane part of the mother’s womb was no longer the Jinsane part of the G and the fetus down to 19:00, since the Minsane part of the mother was opened up to 8:0, the Defendant G did not go to the Plaintiff, who is the guardian of the mother’s mother, “if there is no progress to go to the end of 20:45, it would be desirable to go to the king part of the Plaintiff.”

C. The occurrence of an emergency situation, the power plant, and the mother’s death 1) after the operation of the instant case, were stable in the sick room without special circumstances. However, around 16:45 on February 5, 2014, the nurse complained for a little answer to the chest. Accordingly, the nurse measured the vitality of the mother (V/S) and explained that the nurse immediately visited the mother’s sick room at around 16:55 on the same day when the nurse visited the mother’s sick room at around 16:55 on the same day, and was in dialogue with the guardian, and did not appeal any further symptoms.
3. However, at around 17:05 on the same day after diving, the plaintiff A told that the mother would go in the sick room and the mother would be abnormal, the nurse would live in the sick room, and the mother was sacratic, and was in a sacratic state without consciousness, and was not well measured.
