Basic Facts

The Plaintiff A (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff’s mother”) is the mother of the deceased C (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”), and the Plaintiff B is the father of the deceased.

The defendant, a school juristic person operating a medical institution, is operating the Tol, Seoul National University (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Hospital").
