A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 3090]

1. Around 04:00 on August 15, 2013, the Defendant opened a lock that had not fastened the power source line of KRW 900,000,000 in the market value of the Fpoter freight partitions equipment operated by the victim E on the front line of “D” located in Sinung-si, Sinung-si, and stolen it.

2. At around 04:00 on August 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the waste pipes equivalent to KRW 200,000,00 of the market value in Gpoter freight partitions operated by the victim E at the same place as the above paragraph (1) using the hand bags loaded in the cargo partitions of the above poter; and (b) stolen them.

3. At around 02:10 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid in the Jwing-III vehicle freight partitions, which is the vehicle owned by the victim I, in front of the Heak-si, the Defendant: (b) laid down an unsaton electric wire at the market price; and (c) stolen it.

1. On August 10, 2013, the Defendant discovered a mwitter truck parkeded by the victim L, at the front of K at Sinung-si, and then stolen two wires, which amounting to a total of KRW 400,000,00 in the market value of the victim’s possession at which the cargo was loaded, and 1.50,000,000 won in total at the market value.

2. At around 13:00 on December 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked door in front of the building of the Seoul Chemical Research Institute, Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul Chemical Research Institute”); and (b) invaded into the sloping room; and (c) cut off one of the cash 139,000 won owned by the victim N; (d) one of the national bank cream card; and (e) one of the student identification card at the market price equivalent to KRW 20,000,000 in the market price.

3. Around 13:00 on January 8, 2014, the Defendant opened and intruded a door that was not set up at the place specified in paragraph (2) at the location, and stolen it with 30,000 won of cash owned by the victim’sO, e.g., one check, one bus card, one re-issuance of identification card, one half-proof of the market price equivalent to KRW 80,00 of the mobile phone distribution unit.
