Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Seoul Northern District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and was released on September 30, 201 and the remaining term of imprisonment was expired on December 2, 201.

1. Defendant A

A. From November 2012, the Defendant, who violated the Aggravated Punishment Act, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft with a view to returning to an unspecified area parking lot using one’s DNA window-stom vehicle in order to have a debt exceeding KRW 30 million, including a loan, from around November 2012, and for thefting tools, cables, etc. loaded on cargo vehicles parked therein.

Around 03:10 on November 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 1st ton of the G 203 apartment units, coming into the 203 apartment parking lots; (b) discovered a vehicle from the victim F, by means of removing the correction device using strings; (c) 1st ton of the 400,000 won of the market price, which was loaded on the back strings by opening the door of the vehicle by removing the correction device; and (d) embling the wire (HIV cable 6 roll and general wire) owned by the victim, the market price of which was 50,000 won in the string of the 200,000,000 won in the string of the apartment house; and (d) took advantage of the same as the victim’s list of crimes, as indicated in the attached Table.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free License) The Defendant does not obtain a driver’s license, and (1) from around 23:00 on September 12, 2012 to around 15:00 on September 13, 2012, the Defendant starts from the Defendant’s house located at H in the Yandong-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do and passes the Gyeongnam Highway and passes through the Gyeongnam Expressway and returned to the Defendant’s house via the Jeonju-si, and (2) from around 03:00 on November 21, 2012, the Defendant drives the D window-som car without obtaining a driver’s license in the 456km section, and (3):00 on September 21, 2012.
