A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on June 24, 2012.
