Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2013, around 09:35, the Defendant, at the convenience store of the victim C’s operation in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., (hereinafter “D”), committed as if the Defendant would normally pay the price of the goods despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price, and then, the Defendant was issued the victim with one disease equivalent to KRW 1,300 at the market price.
