The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2019, the Defendant used the victim B(the age of 47) and drinking in the Geumnam Park located in the 182-ro of Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, about September 14, 2019, the Defendant used the victim’s face four times, taken the victim’s name, taken the victim’s face four times, and assaulted the victim’s face once again, taking the victim’s face.

On November 20, 2019, around 19:59, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as threatening the victim’s E, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), along with C, using a knife and knife as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and threatening each other.

On October 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:02, in the Geumnam Park located in Geumnam-ro 211, Geumnam-dong, Gwangju, about 19:02, performed drinking together with the victim H (the age of 41) and the Defendant was able to do so to the elderly; and (b) on the ground that the Defendant was able to do so to the elderly, the Defendant was tightly in the vicinity of the Defendant’s shoulder by cutting down the part of the Defendant’s title by cutting down the Defendant’s shoulder.
