A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

다. 2018. 7. 초순경 범행 피고인은 2018. 7. 초순 일자불상 18:00경부터 같은 날 20:30경까지 사이에 위 부대 행정반 앞 복도에서 갑자기 “딩동.”이라고 말하며 손가락으로 피해자의 젖꼭지를 눌렀다.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim who is a soldier.

2018. 7. 하순경 범행 피고인은 2018. 7. 하순경 위 부대 병영식당에서 갑자기 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 움켜잡고 손가락으로 피해자의 젖꼭지를 눌렀다.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent act against the victim who is a soldier.

2. Crimes against victims E;

가. 2018. 4. 9. ~ 2018. 4. 20.경 범행 피고인은 2018. 4. 9.경부터 2018. 4. 20.경까지 사이에 위 부대 막사 2생활관에서 피해자(당시 19세)의 뒤로 다가가 갑자기 양손으로 피해자를 끌어안고 성기를 피해자의 엉덩이에 대고 비볐다.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent act against the victim who is a soldier.

B. From June 25, 2018 to June 29, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on June 25, 2018.
