2. The 3rd to 13th written judgments of the first instance court shall contain the following:

Defendant held a board of directors on October 12, 2015 and passed a resolution to dismiss Plaintiff A from the joint representative director during the attendance of D, E, and F, and the temporary general meeting of shareholders on January 11, 2016 (hereinafter “instant general meeting of shareholders”).

(2) In the event of the attendance of D, E, and F, a resolution to dismiss the Plaintiff A from the internal director, and from the auditor, the Plaintiff B (hereinafter referred to as the “resolution of this case”).
