A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on June 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) claimed Danit with B, a tobacco plant, and (b) applied it to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station D (Seoul) located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the receipt of reports by police officers and the handling of civil petitions.
