A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B, on June 28, 2015, 04:00, the Defendant, who was the annual string of 04:0, and the Defendant, together with it, was put into the Youngpo Police Station D (Seoul) located in Youngpo-gu, Seoul.

As above, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the police officers, i.e., the F, “I are unable to stop inside” and “B was arrested from G to a flagrant offender with interference with the performance of official duties; (b) the police officers were fluent with the arrest of G so that B could not be arrested.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of civil petitions and suppression of crimes by police officers.
