1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The pertinent Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against B on August 16, 2012, and sentenced B to the judgment ordering B to pay KRW 100 million and delay damages to the Plaintiff (Seoul Central District Court 2012Kadan3782), and became the creditor of B upon the said judgment becomes final and conclusive, and the Defendant is the wife of B married on March 2, 2002.

B. The defendant 1) On February 7, 2004, the defendant acquired the real estate of this case, etc. of this case, 303 Dong 506 (hereinafter "real estate 1") of Songpa-gu Seoul E apartment on February 7, 2004

The purchase was made and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 4, 2004. At that time, only the name of the Hanmi Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as each bank name) was entered.

2) On December 23, 2006, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 185 million from the Hanmi Bank; (b) completed the registration of creation of a mortgage over KRW 222 million with respect to the first real estate; and (c) thereafter, the Defendant sold the first real estate on December 23, 2006; and (d) completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on March 5, 2007 to the purchaser on December 23, 2006; (b) on December 23, 2006, the Defendant purchased KRW 750 million with respect to the second real estate (hereinafter “second real estate”); and (c) completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on February 12, 2007, KRW 50 million with respect to the new bank (the amount equivalent to the ordinary loan at the time of lending the real estate security to the bank is set up with the maximum debt amount of KRW 120 million; hereinafter the same shall apply) from the new bank.

After that, the defendant sold the second real estate in the amount of KRW 690 million on January 13, 2010, and completed the registration of ownership transfer to the purchaser on March 5, 2010.

3) The Defendant on January 13, 2010, G apartment Nos. 102, 801, located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

B purchased KRW 1,00,000,000, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 5, 2010, and around that time, extended approximately KRW 415,000 from our bank and extended to our bank.
