Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2019, the Defendant, as the owner of land B in Jung-gu, Seoul, demanded compensation for damages on the ground that the victim C suffered damage such as noise from construction works in the process of constructing a new building on the D land owned by the victim and the use of the access road to the construction site E road, which is an access road to the construction site, passes through a part of the land claimed as the Defendant’s ownership, but did not reach

On December 26, 2019, around 14:20 on December 26, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s work by force by blocking the victim’s vehicle from passing through the construction site at the point where the Defendant asserts that it is the Defendant’s land among the access roads to the construction site.

On December 28, 2019, at around 09:37, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s construction work by force by failing to pass through a vehicle at the construction site of the victim, with a decline of 120cm high in height on the surface of the same place as that of paragraph (1) of the same Article.

3. On January 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) parked the FST5 car operated by the Defendant on the street of the same place as that of paragraph (1) and obstructed the victim’s work by force; and (b) interfered with the victim’s work by force.
