피고인은 2018. 12. 4.경 천안시 B에 있는 C대학교 천안캠퍼스에서 축구동호회 회원 D 등 수인이 참여 중인 카카오톡 단체 채팅방에 피해자 E에 대하여 “개새라니까요. 저씨바 새끼, 전부다 토토, 밥먹기, 모텔간거 등등, 이 새끼는 그냥 쓰레기다”라는 글을 게시하고, 2018. 12. 7.경 같은 장소에서 위와 같은 카카오톡 단체 채팅방에 피해자 F에 대하여 “F도 공범이네요 시발년, 어떻게든 사랑으로 E를 살리게따, 시발련이라고 해요. ㅅㅂ년, 걸레년, 창년”이라는 글을 게시하여, 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
