1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

On October 23, 2016, the Defendant driven B vehicles at a section of about 500 meters from the front day of the new world department store located in the Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu-dong to the front day of the hotel, without obtaining a driver’s license, from October 23, 2016.
