Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a EXE car.

On December 20, 2011, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 00:21% of blood alcohol concentration. On the other hand, the Defendant driving the said car and proceeding the front road of the national bank located in 123-1, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, at a speed of three lanes between the four-lanes of tin-distance and the three-lane between the two-lanes of tin-distance. As such, the Defendant was at the same direction as a taxi in the same direction at the time, and the person engaged in driving service had a duty of care to ensure the safety distance that can avoid if the said taxi stops, and to secure and proceed with the safety distance that can be avoided.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive under the influence of such drinking as above while driving the vehicle in the same direction as it is, due to negligence, while driving the vehicle in the same direction as it is, and was driven by the victim C(53 years old) who temporarily stops along the signal route, and then was driven by the victim C(53 years old) in the front part of the said vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, the injury to the c influoral salt, etc. requiring treatment for about two weeks, the injury to the injured party E (the 24 years old), such as cluoral salt, fluoral salt, tension, etc. requiring treatment for about two weeks, and the injury to the injured party F (the 21 years old) requiring treatment for about two weeks to the injured party F (the 21 years old).
