Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person living in the vicinity of the Seoul Station.

On September 23, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol together with B in the Seoul Station, she was in possession of the said alcohol with a credit card obtained from a national bank owned by B on the same day, at around 23:56 on the same day, and at around 23:56, the Defendant withdrawn 1.6 million won by inserting the said credit card into the cash payment machine at the 122 Seoul Central Bank Station 122, and inputting the password known from B.
