1. Details of the disposition;

A. On March 16, 1988, the Plaintiff, as a police official, received approval of medical care for performing official duties (hereinafter “first medical care”) from the Defendant on the ground that he was injured by a fire official while serving as a fire official in the Cheongju Fire Station, and received medical care for the total period of 117 days from December 28, 1987 to April 22, 198.

B. On June 2013, the Plaintiff applied for approval of the extension of the period of medical care for official duties with respect to the “scam escape certificate No. 4-5 in the Memorial (hereinafter “instant injury”). However, around August 9, 2013, the Defendant issued a disposition to non-approval of the Plaintiff’s application for the extension of the period of medical care for official duties (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the “scam escape certificate, which is an approved injury, at the time of initial approval” was confirmed as “L5-S1” in the “L4-5-5 medical records of the submitted Bne,” on the other hand, the injury related to the extension of the period was confirmed as “L4-5” in the Seoul Video Department’s “L4-5”, and there was no causal link between the existing injury injury and the disease injury.”

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. At the time of the Plaintiff’s assertion that the first medical care was approved, the name of the sick and wounded was the crypoid, the crypical emergency, and thus, it was approved for medical care for a disease that extends over the whole area of the cypical emergency at that time.

Even if it is stated as L5-S1 in the medical record at the time, it is a clerical error in L4-5.
