Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On July 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested the submission of a certificate of employment in the course of requesting a loan from E kindergarten where the Defendant, located in Scheon-si D, working as an administrative assistant to F; (b) used the official seal of the head of E kindergarten, who is required to submit the certificate, to forge his/her certificate of employment by taking advantage of the fact that the official seal of the head of E kindergarten is kept in
At the same time and place, the Defendant, using PC located in the above E kindergarten office at the same time and place, stated “name A, contact contact G, cell phone H, address 402 I Apartment-si, Gyeonggi-do Macheon-si, I Apartment-si, 170,” “Company Name E kindergarten, Department Name E Kindergarten, position assistant teacher, job placement date, October 26, 2013”, “OE kindergarten on July 30, 2014”, “E kindergarten” on the preparation date column, and printed it out to A4, followed by the name of the above E kindergarten office, and affixed at will the official seal of the E Kindergarten head on the list of the above E Kindergarten offices.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document
At the time and place specified in the paragraph, FF employees B, who knew of the forgery, exercised the certificate of employment of the forged accused by facsimile as if it were duly formed.
C. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act.
In order to hear the statement that FF employees B would be able to receive a loan from the guarantor's identification card with bad credit standing and to submit a copy of the guarantor's identification card at the time and place specified in the paragraph, the former E kindergarten teachers' resident registration number in the above E kindergarten office was sent to B by facsimile, thereby illegally using the other person's resident registration number.
