1. Defendant Fame Development Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 26,316,630 for the Plaintiff and its related amount from June 19, 2013 to September 23, 2014.

1. Determination as to the claim against Defendant Fame Development Corporation

A. On May 7, 2010, the Plaintiff contracted the following projects to Defendant Fame Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Fame”) on May 7, 2010.

(hereinafter “the instant construction contract”). - The name of the construction project: New construction of a neighborhood living facility - The construction period of 1179.5 square meters on land in Yangju-si: Between May 7, 2010 and October 25, 2010 - the contract amount of KRW 1,140,000 (excluding value-added tax) to be adjusted to KRW 1,140,000 upon consultation between the parties concerned in accordance with the said contract (hereinafter “instant building”). The Defendant’s reputation is the building listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”).

The following defects have occurred in the completed building of this case.

① The floor of a rooftop floor and rooftop - The floor of a rooftop floor and rooftop requires a construction method to cover the floor in order to repair the defects, the defect repair cost is equivalent to KRW 11,624,591, ② the defect repair cost of the outer wall of 11,624,591, ② the defect of the outer wall of 15,000 square meters, which is not concrete but concrete on the entire floor of the rooftop floor and rooftop; THK70, which is the final finishing part of the floor, is not constructed; – there is a rupture, string, and strawing phenomenon in the part of the present floor. - The defect repair cost of the rooftop floor is likely to run as a whole; ③ the defect repair cost of the 11,624,591, and the defect repair cost of the 10th floor and the 1st floor from the outer wall of the 1st floor to the end of the building; ③ the defect repair cost of the 3rd concrete from the end of the 4th floor.
