1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
The defendant is jointly with the co-defendant G of the trial court and the plaintiff is 121.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 17, 2010, the Defendant confirmed that water leakage was generated in the studio of the second floor above H in the Hasan-si (hereinafter “the instant studio”) and requested G engaged in boiler water supply system business, water leakage detection business, etc. with the trade name of I.
B. At around 15:00 on January 21, 2010, G found that water leakage detection is being carried out by the Plaintiff’s female-friendly job offers B from the Defendant during the process of water leakage detection using water leakage detection devices at the above studio, which was leased by the Defendant, and the floor of the above studio was set up in order to confirm this.
