A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person who resides in the Republic of Korea, the Defendant treated “YABA” (hereinafter referred to as “YABA”) as a kind of psychotropic drugs as follows, regardless of whether he is a person who is not a person who is not a person who is a domestic resident of the Republic of Korea.

1. Purchasing rocks;

A. On September 24, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold 1,000 won from D at the front of the C factory, which was located in Ssung-si B at the low time and night, and was sold and purchased by paying 50,000 won.

B. On December 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 50,000 won from D, which was located in S, G, and C, at the low time and low time; and (b) purchased and sold 2,000 won.

C. On December 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 50,000 won from D, which was located in S, G, and C, at the low time and low time; and (b) purchased and sold 2,000 won.

2. Bobane medication;

A. C. On December 22, 2018, the Defendant administered the instant drugs in a way that the Defendant continued to straw up the night by dividing the Defendant’s lodging room in C from the Defendant’s lodging room by a half of the 1st century, and then making the bottom up for it on the gambling.

3. The Defendant who violated the Immigration Control Act shall be employed on October 31, 2017 or on 60 days.
