A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 4707] On August 14, 2013, the Defendant received the PC use service from the victim D, operated by the victim D on the second floor of the Cbuilding in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City at around 05:27.

[2013 Highest 4739] On September 2, 2013, the Defendant was provided with weather services following the Defendant’s permission for the use of PC from I, while paying the fee to I, the manager of the above scamba in the Hcamba located on the 3rd floor of the Seo-gu Seoul, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the victim G the fee even if he uses the scam as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving I as above, had I provide scam service, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by not paying 11,400 won for use fees.

[2013 Highest 4824] On September 10, 2013, the Defendant stated that the Defendant would pay 35,800 won for usage fees to L by September 19, 2013 after using the PC from September 17:20, 2013 to the PC located in theJ of Gwangju Mine, by pretending that the PC bank manager would pay the above PC bank usage fees.

However, even if the above PC is used with the permission of the victim L, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the service fee.

The defendant does not pay 35,800 won for usage fees after using the above PC with the permission of the victim L at the above time.
