1. On November 03, 2016, the Defendant intrusiond the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s residence through the gate opened for the purpose of theft of bicycles located on the rear end of the said house when he/she came to reside in the victim’s D residence located in Guri-si, 06:44, around November 03, 2016.

The Defendant stolen the victim’s property in such a way that he intrudes into the victim’s residence at the time, time, and place described in paragraph (1) and, after the victim’s access to the victim’s residence, one bicycle equal to KRW 200,000 in the market price on the back of the said house was occupied.

3. On November 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid off a 3,000 bicycle 1,20,000 won at the market price where the victim was installed in front of the victim F’s house located in Guri E, and stolen it.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected in the house of the victim D and entered into the house of the victim D in Gui-si, Gui-si on December 18, 2016; and (b) intruded into the house of the said victim three times in total by the same method until December 3, 2016 and December 4, 2016.

5. The Defendant of larceny: (a) 12:00 on November 12, 2016, 59-33, Gagwon-ro 32, Giriri-si, Giriri-si, Giri-si, Gyeongwon-si

In the case of a park, the victim G was cut off from 300,000,000 won of the market value of the victim's 300,000 won.

6. On November 14, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s house via the gate, which was opened without the victim’s consent, to the said house.

7. On November 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance that was not corrected for the first time in the commercial and housing building in which the victim I resided in Guri-si, Guri-si on November 28, 2016; and (b) intrudes into the fourth floor through stairs; (c) discovered food stuffs in front of the 403 entrance wherein the victim resides; and (d) stuffs.
