A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 5, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victims four times in total, as described in attached Table 1, 3, 4, and 5, from around 10:30 on May 5, 2017, by entering the victim’s house house in front of the victim’s house, and entering the victim’s house in front of the victim’s house, and entering the victim’s house in front of the victim’s house, from September 4, 2017.

2. On May 5, 2017, around 10:30, the Defendant stolen six bicycles worth a total of KRW 1,120,000, total market price from September 4, 2017, including the theft by taking advantage of the victim C’s residence owned by the said victim C, which was set up at the said place, and getting on and off one set of 30,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 200,000.
