Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.
However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant B was released on April 30, 2015 and the remaining term of imprisonment was expired on May 22, 2015, when he was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Daejeon District Court's Incheon District Court's Branch on November 7, 2014.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. Special larceny 1) Defendants: (a) around 03:30 on June 13, 2015, at the victim’s house located in Dongnam-gu F and 202, Dongnam-gu, Seoul, and around 03:30 on June 13, 2015; (b) Defendant A had a bank card owned by the victim in favor of the victim; and (c) Defendant B used it as a means of cutting off with the victim’s own interest; (d) the Defendants conspired to commit a theft on July 19, 2015, by entering the victim’s H management I located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; and (e) Defendant B reported the network within the Janburged car; and (e) Defendant A purchased two half of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two, displaying the victim’s own interest and displaying it within 1500,000 won.
As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of property in two times together.
B. On June 13, 2015, the Defendants paid KRW 40,000 from the “LAB” located in Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, for KRW 13:35,00, and, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), presented the credit card completion of the stolen E’s name to an employee in his name and obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount, as if there was a legitimate right to use, as well as paying the total amount of KRW 269,850 by eight times from the date indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 1.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire property benefits equivalent to the above amount and used stolen credit cards unlawfully.
