Punishment of the crime

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendants conspired to steals precious metals while making it difficult for them to live together in a telecom from June 2016, in order to raise their living expenses due to such circumstances as they were living together in a telecom, etc., by doing so as to enter a room and purchase goods.

around July 15:25, 2016, the Defendants came to the “F” operated by the victim E located in Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 15:25, 2016.
