On May 19, 2004, a defendant and a person who requested an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") were sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof (Rape, etc. of Minors under the age of 13) at the Seoul High Court, and sentenced to two years and six months for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 17, 2006, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Southern District Court on October 24, 2008, after being sentenced to three years and six months for imprisonment with labor and three years for the same crime.
