Criminal facts

On June 20, 2007, the defendant and the person subject to a request for an attachment order and the person subject to a medical treatment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") were sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million due to a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof (Rape, etc. of Minors under the age of 13), and on February 13, 2009, the Incheon District Court sentenced the defendant on February 29, 201 and was released on February 4, 2012, and the remaining term of imprisonment was expired on August 4, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around July 2012, the Defendant discovered victims E (ma, 7 years of age) playing in the D Park located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and told the said victims to pay the PC fee, thereby leaving the victim to the PC toilets nearby the area.

3. On September 2012, the Defendant discovered the victim E (ma, 8 years old) (ma, 8 years old) of the game in the PC room located in the Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and changed the victim into a toilet.

The defendant is suffering from the same damage as paragraphs 1 and 2, and the victim is unable to refuse the request of the defendant, according to toilets.
