Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:20 on October 1, 2014, at the seat of 53 in the guest room of 1404 Magpo-si No. 3 of the Mapo-si, Sinsan-si, the Defendant: (a) cut off one of the physical climatic fingers in which the victim G, 3,50,00 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession of a garropo-type hand, which includes one cellular phone in the city, one physical card, one medical diagnosis ticket, and one other.
