Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:00 on August 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was on board in order to travel from the KTX train No. 508 to the GTX Station, along with his/her his/her dependent, to the GTX train; (b) the Defendant was required to possess the boarding passes (charges of KRW 8,000 x 16,00) within the GTX Station section for the GTP station, while travelling without carrying the boarding passes without justifiable grounds; (c) the train crew C discovered them and demanded to pay the fare of KRW 32,00,000, but the Defendant did not comply with this and did not pay a value without justifiable grounds.
