A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 27, 2009, the Defendant: (a) on April 27, 2009, the Defendant presented a medical insurance certificate in the name of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; and (b) received medical treatment for knenee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee kne, and (c) obtained financial benefits equivalent to the same amount from the above date to December 7, 2018; and (d) obtained financial benefits equivalent to KRW 1,720,602 more than 114 times

2. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive or allow another person to receive insurance benefits by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, on June 30, 2014, the Defendant was paid KRW 1,411,820 of the insurance benefits in total 74 times from the above date to December 7, 2018, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2), with the F pharmacy located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s Kenya D, and received the insurance benefits by preparing a drug under the name of the Defendant’s Kenya, other verteba, accompanied by the nephism, etc. accompanied by the nepha, and received the insurance benefits.

3. A person violating the Resident Registration Act was prohibited from unlawfully using another person’s resident registration number under the Resident Registration Act, but on June 30, 2014, the Defendant presented the Defendant’s Kenya’s resident registration number at the F Contracting State located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant unlawfully used D’s resident registration number on a total of 74 occasions from the above date to December 7, 2018, as indicated in the List of Offenses (3).
