Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, it is against the Defendants for one year from the date of the final judgment of this case.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are in the relationship of relatives with each other with persons residing in the reinforced military D, and victims E are those who build a electric housing complex in F in the vicinity of the Defendants’ residence.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. Defendant B, who committed the crime on May 15, 2017 from around 13:10 to 13:25 on May 15, 2017, intended to carry out the work of having the ground of the land in front of the Defendants’ residence and the victim’s pokele, who had the ground of the land in front of the said residence, displayed the stick to H, who is an engineer of the poke.
