The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, as residents of the Gu and Si F and G, listen to the awareness that the injured agricultural company H Co., Ltd. intends to build a original farm at the Gu and Si I, and are likely to have an unexpected impact on the written environment by entering into the original farm in the vicinity of the village. As such, the Defendants opposed to the construction of the original farm by organizing the “Committee for Promotion of Exclusion from Original Farm Act” and opposing the victim’s original farm construction.

1. On October 26, 2017, from around 07:00 to around 11:00 of the same day, the Defendants jointly committed the crime with the Defendant A, B, and J residents whose name is unknown, deemed that they carried heavy equipment, such as sckes, to perform construction works on the original farm site that the damaged party in the Gu/Si/Gun would newly build, and that they cannot enter the said original farm site with the J residents whose name is unknown, and they could not enter the said original farm site, and the Defendant A was seated into the trucker bus stop, which entered for construction, and Defendant B could not perform the construction of a new original farm at least four-hour amount of time due to a seat above the wheel.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the J residents whose names cannot be known and interfered with the victim's original farm construction work by force.

2. Defendants C, D, and J residents’ joint crimes, whose names are unknown, were committed from around 07:10 on October 27, 2017 to around 08:15 on the same day with heavy equipment, such as Pokes, for construction at the above original farm site, and the J residents, whose names cannot be known, and prevent Defendant C from entering the above original farm site with the entry of heavy equipment. Defendant C, who entered the above original farm site for construction, was able to sit into the C, and was able to avoid construction of the original farm at approximately one hour per hour on the quih of the trucker bus that entered for construction, and Defendant D was seated above the quih of the original farm.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the J residents whose names cannot be known and interfered with the victim's original farm construction work by force.
