C Each fine of KRW 1,00,00,00, Defendant A and B shall be punished by each fine of KRW 500,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
C and Defendant A are married couple, and Defendant B is the mother of Defendant C.
1. Defendant C
A. On August 2, 2019, at around 21:00 on August 2, 2019, the injured defendant sought visibility from the victim A (n, 34 years of age) located in the Busan East-gu, the victim was dissatisfied with the victim, who was willing to use the victim on the breath floor, was pushed the victim by hand, and the victim's right face part was tightly pushed the victim with about 2 weeks of treatment.

2. Defendant A committed assault, at the time and place described in paragraph (1) of Article 1, such as cutting down the hand that was cited by the victim C (ma, 37 years of age) while disputing the victim C (mack and 37 years of age), placing the victim's chests, etc. on several occasions, and pushing the victim with both hand.
3. The Defendant B, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (3) above, was the victim’s hand to prevent the victim C (ma, 37 years of age) from returning home.
