[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On April 12, 2014, the Defendant, at around 04:10 on April 12, 2014, engaged in indecent act by compulsion, by reporting the Victim F (or 29 years of age)’s singing at the stage of the drinking at the location of the “E” located in Busan Y, thereby committing an indecent act by force against the victim’s left chest by making the victim sing away with his left hand, and by forcing him to do so.

B. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury by collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) committed an indecent act by force against the victim F (the age 29) at the time and place indicated in Article 1(a), as described in Article 1(1) at the same time and on the ground that the victim’s ppuris and refuses to do so, the Defendant, by hand, laid off the victim’s name and shoulder with an empty beer who is a dangerous object in that place, and laid down the victim’s shoulder and shoulder part one time, thereby providing approximately 14-day medical treatment to the victim.

C.
