On November 5, 2012, the Defendant filed a false report on the move-in report on resident registration with the head of the Dong/Dong, stating the Defendant’s move-in report stating “C, 725 E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, and E, in the Dong-dong Office located in Seongbuk-si, Seongdong-si, Sungnam-si.
