피고인은 2019. 10. 5.경 QQ에서 ‘한국에서 발품 파는 일 할 사람 구함.’이라는 글을 보고 연락한 성명불상자로부터 ‘카드를 몇 개 줄 것인데 카드와 연동된 계좌에서 돈을 인출하여 우리가 지정하는 사람에게 전달하여 주면 1개월에 150만 원 내지 200만 원을 주겠다.’는 제안을 받고 수락하였다.

On October 5, 2019, at around 18:00, the Defendant collected and kept three copies of the physical card, which was placed on the store of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B market, from the date of the collection to June of the same month, and kept five copies of the card and four copies of the passbook, such as the daily list of crimes, from the date of the collection to June of the same month.

2. On October 11, 2019, the person who was unaware of false statement made a false statement to the X car page that “I would sell “galthal lus” means “I will send money to the victim Y who reported and contacted this article.”

The name-free person was transferred 31,000 won to the IBK Enterprise Bank Account in F in the name of 17:53 on the same day from the victim.

At around 19:04 on the same day, the Defendant was bound by the direction of the person who was unable to cast his name, and was connected to the said account from the cash automatic exit machine located within the area of the AA Bank in Suwon-si.
