A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall keep, deliver or distribute a means of access while receiving, demanding or promising compensation.

The Defendant conspired to keep and deliver the means of access by collecting physical cards and keeping them at a specific place and promising to receive KRW 100,000 per case, according to the following: (a) the Defendant, who was posted on the Internet by the unsatisf, sent a statement on the name of the unsatisf; and (b) contact the unsatisfys with the unsatisfsatisfs

1. On March 27, 2018, at around 17:51, the Defendant: (a) collected a physical card from D in accordance with the direction of a person without his/her name, and packaged it as a plastic bag; and (b) delivered the means of access by means of informing his/her name holders of his/her location by inserting it in Daejeon E-Ba outside power measuring instruments on the same day at around 20:18 on the same day.

2. At around 14:00 on March 29, 2018, the Defendant collected one physical card from G in compliance with the direction of a person who was unable to obtain his/her name, and at around 16:00 on the same day, collected one physical card from I from the wife population H, G, and at around 17:05 on the same day, collected one physical card from K from Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Seoul, and at around 19:20 on the same day, collected one physical card from Ma on the front apartment on the roads of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul, and transmitted the means of access by inserting four above physical card into a plastic bag and providing its location to the person who was unaware of his/her name, while informing him/her of the location.

3. On March 30, 2018, at around 10:45, the Defendant collected 1 copy of the P’s post office check (credit card number: Q: Q) from P on the front of the Songpa-gu Seoul OO market, in accordance with the direction of a person who has no name, and on the same day, at around 12:31, at the roads of the Incheon Western Seo-dong Office, Incheon, S IBK Bank Cown (credit card number: T) located in the name of 337, Nam-gu, Incheon.
