A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. is a person who operates commercial sex acts in the trade name of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and C.

No person shall arrange, induce, induce, or compel sexual traffic in return for promising to receive money, valuables, or other property benefits from an unspecified person for business purposes, and to engage in sexual intercourse or other similar sexual intercourse.

Nevertheless, from March 20, 2019 to April 21, 2019, the Defendant prepared to engage in business, such as employing female workers who will work at the above business establishment, and arranged to engage in sexual intercourse by having many unspecified male customers, including F, who found advertisements of the above sexual traffic business establishment posted on the Internet sexual traffic brokerage site, D, E, etc. from April 24, 2019, and arranged to engage in sexual intercourse by having the above male descendants receive the price for sexual intercourse from the above male descendants.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. A foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act intends to find a job in the Republic of Korea shall obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and no person shall employ any foreigner who has failed to obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities or arrange for employment of such foreigner

During the period from March 20, 2019 to April 24, 2019, the Defendant employed the above G, H, and I as female employees engaged in commercial sex acts, J, and K, each of whom was employed by the business establishments listed in the above Paragraph (1) as a massage operator, who is a pregnant woman without the status of sojourn eligible to engage in domestic employment activities.
