A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 22, 2017, at around 23:10 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim C’s 7 coffee trees with the market price equivalent to KRW 21,00,000, which the victim displayed on the road in front of the said chemical site; (b) four (7) coffee trees with the market price equivalent to KRW 12,000; (c) five (4) mountain trees with the market price equivalent to KRW 15,000, five (12,000; (d) four (12), four (6) gold trees with the market price equivalent to KRW 6,00,000; and (e) six (18,000,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 20,000; and (e) one (1) more than the market price of KRW 20,000.

2. On June 22, 2017, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim G management “I” of the victim G in G located in G in Gwangjuyang-si around the victim G, and (b) stolen a pair of fire 1, a fire fighting product, which was located on the front road of the said car at the market price of 250,000 won.

3. From August 8, 2016 to around the 9th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) entered a high dry field owned by the victim J, which was planted in K in light of the victim J from August 8, 2016 to around the same month; and (b) was stolen by being loaded in the said car in accordance with approximately 300,000 g as soon as the market value was planted at that place.

4. On August 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) was in a vinyl greenhouse owned by the victim L in Manyang-si; (b) Manyang-si, the Defendant: (c) Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do Man-do 125,00 won in the market
