Defendant
A, B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months and by imprisonment for 6 months, respectively.
However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E are foreigners of Vietnam, who are illegal aliens.
1. At around 22:00 on July 24, 2013, Defendants A, B, C, and E entered a rewing sublima field owned by the victim H in Yongcheon-si, Yongcheon-si, and carried 30 km of the market value of the victim’s ownership in advance, and carried 30 km of 300,000 won at the victim’s own possession into the Ibata2 car owned by Defendant B.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
2. At around July 27, 2013, Defendants A, B, C, and D jointly committed offenses were carried to the IB car owned by Defendant B, who was waiting in advance, by taking 60,000 won in total at the core of the L farm operated by the Victim K in Yongcheon-siJ in Yongcheon-si, the market price of which is 60,00 won.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
3. On July 27, 2013, Defendants A, B, C, and D entered the refababababababababababababa, owned by the victim N in Yongcheon-si, Youngcheon-si, and carried 150,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession into the refababababababababa, carried in the first waiting for 30 kbababababababa.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
4. Defendant B and Defendant D entered a saak field owned by the victim P located in Busan Metropolitan City, around 22:00 on September 6, 2013, and entered the saak field owned by the victim P, thereby waiting in advance at the victim’s market price of 60,000 kgs by 10,000 square meters.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
