1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 71,254,873 with a rate of 20% per annum from May 9, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. The gist of the cause of the claim is that the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant who runs the business of wholesale and consignment sales and others, and was employed by the Defendant and retired from office as a certified auctioneer from September 14, 1994 to April 24, 2018.

The defendant does not pay 71,254,873 won, which is the sum of wages and retirement allowances, to the plaintiff without any reason despite the plaintiff's retirement.

(See Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the following day after 14 days from April 24, 2018, the sum of wages and retirement allowances paid to the Plaintiff.
