1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,32,689 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 15, 2017 to the day of full payment.

From July 12, 2007 to September 30, 2017, the Plaintiff retired from office while serving in the Defendant; and the fact that the Defendant’s wages and retirement allowances that the Plaintiff did not pay to the Plaintiff until the time of retirement is 32,332,689 does not conflict between the parties.

Meanwhile, the fact that the Defendant paid 4,000,000 won to the Plaintiff as part of the unpaid wages and retirement allowances after the filing of the instant lawsuit is the Plaintiff.

Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of wages and retirement allowances, KRW 28,32,689, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from October 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
