1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Circumstances leading to the dispute of this case;

A. The plaintiff A is the deceased's spouse of the deceased H (gender: woman, date of birth: Imar; hereinafter "the deceased"), and the plaintiff B, C, D, and E are the children of the deceased.

B. On March 17, 2014, the Deceased complained of symptoms that do not have any more power on the right-hand bridge, and was given medical treatment to Defendant G to the G hospital where Defendant Fail Hospital was located (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”).

The defendant G conducted the RoI test to the deceased, and as a result of the RoI test, the inferred signboards of Nos. 3-4 and Nos. 4-5 were escaped from centrality, and the negos coarism is infinite, and when it is found that there was a definite price, the defendant G diagnosed the deceased as spine coarin finite, and performed the pharmacologic treatment and injection treatment.

C. Even after having received treatment at the Defendant Hospital, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital to undergo surgery on April 1, 2014, and received treatment from Defendant G, as the symptoms continue to continue to exist due to the pain, fluence, nephical malmism, nephism, and low flasing symptoms.

However, in blood tests conducted before the surgery, it was confirmed that the deceased’s AO/GPT value increases to 161/171 and DoDH value to 934. Accordingly, the Defendant G decided to postpone the surgery and discharged the deceased on April 2, 2014.

On April 15, 2014, the Deceased was born back to the Defendant Hospital because of aggravation of symptoms, and upon confirmation that the GOT/GPT value of the Deceased was reduced compared to April 1, 2014 due to blood examination, the Defendant G decided to perform an operation of the Deceased, and the Deceased hospitalized on the same day.

On April 17, 2014, the Deceased had undergone a blood test on Apr. 17, 2014, and at the time, the Deceased’s GOT/GPT was 130/126, and LDH was 881.
