Criminal facts
1. From around 2011, the Defendant continued to live together with the Defendant’s father victim D (the age of 47) in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, A, 301, and the Defendant was living with the Defendant’s father in South-si, and was unable to properly find employment after the military expulsion, and was faced with a female-child-child who had given birth while living together with the Defendant, and was faced with a sense of depression and loss, and at the time when the Defendant was able to receive special robbery as a crime of robbery, the Defendant later came to know that the Defendant stated that “the victim had no value to reduce the sentence by mutual consent with the victim.” The Defendant did not know the victim’s mind to live well after the release, and was dissatisfied with the victim’s and the Defendant’s mother’s mother, which was all due to the fact that the victim and the Defendant’s mother were living separately. On October 5, 2014, at around 03:48, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol at the house of the above Defendant and drinking television, had been shotly killed the victim returning home.
Since then, the Defendant entered an open door with blue tape knife (23 cm in total length, 12 cm in knife, 12 cm in knife, f. 6) from the side of the victim who dnifeed TV on the floor of the room and dnife TV, and caused the victim to die by blood transfusion due to the knife's left part on one hand.
Accordingly, the defendant murdered the victim who is a lineal ascendant.
2. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant, at around 03:46, driven a f low-speed car without obtaining a driver’s license on the road in the Southern-si, Namyang-si.
In addition, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license as stated in the attached crime log table from October 22, 2014 to November 18, 2014.
