A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the mother of the victim B (the age of 9), and the defendant was residing together with the victim in the C Apartment D at the Namyang-gu of the Gyeonggi-do.

1. Around December 2018, the Defendant, at the victim’s room located in the above C Apartment D, left the victim in order to stop the sound of the victim during his/her marriage (40 cm in length) in order to stop on the part of the victim, on the ground that the victim did not wear his/her strings, and caused the victim to am in 1-2 time.

2. Around February 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the ground that the victim was living in the said C Apartment D, the Defendant took the hands of the victim with the above son’s hands; and (b) on the ground that he reported the cartoon without taking an dysium thereafter, he/she took the floor of the victim’s hand with the above dysium.

3. 피고인은 2019. 2.경 위 C아파트 D호에서 피고인이 피해자가 TV를 보는 것을 반대하였음에도, 피해자가 부 E의 허락을 받아 TV를 보자 화가 나, E이 담배를 피러 밖으로 나간 사이 피해자의 배를 발로 1회 걷어찼다.

4. On March 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around March 23:30, 2019, on the ground that the victim used his/her mobile phone at night without permission, and (b) he/she saw the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s sons twice

5. From around March 7, 2018 to March 7, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s hand floor on the ground that the victim, among the meals, has spokes down the c apartment D, or spokes down the spokes or food among the meals, or that the toilets among the meals are intercomponsed.

As a result, the defendant habitually abused the victim's body or injure his physical health and development.
