1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 20,000,000 won and the period from September 3, 2016 to October 27, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company established and operated for the main purpose of online education, work development and distribution business, etc., and is a copyrighted work of the video lecture as indicated in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant copyrighted work”).

(2) The Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) provides a web store service (hereinafter “instant service”) that enables users to read and edit files on February 12, 2007, which was established on the Internet website (hereinafter “instant site”) and provides them to enable other users to download files (hereinafter “instant service”).

3 Defendant B was the only executive of the Defendant Company, and was the person directly executing the instant services provided by the Defendant Company.

B. The copyright of the instant copyrighted work is a film of the subject copyrighted work, including English, Japanese, Chinese, French, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Spanish, Spanish, Spanish, Italian, Italian, Italian, Vietnam, Spanish, Thai language, Spanish, Indian, Mongolian, Mongolian, Turkey, and Chinese Chinese characters, in which instructors including D have individualized the instant copyrighted work in accordance with the language-oriented stages or purposes of use.
