1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 13, 2001, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sales contract to purchase the purchase price of 7890 million square meters of forest land E, 7899 square meters of forest land E, 353 square meters of forest land, G, 948 square meters of forest land, 858 square meters prior to H, 734 square meters of land before I (hereinafter “the instant five real estate”), and 455 square meters of land (limited to the land category and area without the lot number) of a ditch, which purchase price of 790 million won of land (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”).

(2) On January 10, 2002, J Co., Ltd., a representative of the Defendant, obtained approval of factory construction from G, H, I, and K with respect to G, H, I, and K.

(3) On January 10, 2002, L, the Defendant’s wife, obtained approval for factory construction from E, I, and K from the chemical market.

(4) On January 10, 2002, M Co., Ltd., a representative of the Plaintiff, obtained approval of factory construction for E and F.

B. The Plaintiff completed the registration of share ownership transfer under the receipt of No. 7327 of January 23, 2002 with respect to the share of 6406/7899 among E.

(2) L has completed the registration of share ownership transfer under the receipt No. 7328 of January 23, 2002 with respect to the share of E 1493/789.

(3) The Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership as the receipt No. 7326 on January 23, 2002 with respect to G.

(4) On January 23, 2002, the Plaintiff completed the registration of share ownership transfer as No. 7327 of the same registry office with respect to H’s 337/858 shares.

(5) On January 23, 2002, the Defendant completed the registration of share ownership transfer as the receipt No. 7326 of January 23, 2002 with respect to H’s 521/88 shares.

(6) N on September 30, 2004 was divided from H to H.

(7) E was changed in the registration conversion and land category to O on September 30, 2004, and P, Q and R were divided in O on the same day.

(8) TheO merged I on May 1, 2012.
